Time to write a descriptive paragraph with some SENSORY DETAILS!
You can describe anything! Food, a flower, a book, your dog, a cupcake, ANYTHING! BUT...YOU MUST USE AT LEAST 3 SENSORY DETAILS AND 1 SIMILE. REMEMBER, SENSORY DETAILS TELL THE READER ABOUT SMELL, TASTE, SIGHT, TOUCH, AND SOUND. Copy and paste your simile/sensory paragraph here so your classmates can check it out and comment!

Write about an exciting moment, a story climax! It should cover only ten seconds in time. Review your past posts if you're having trouble. You must include some descriptive writing that not only has some similes, but also some real "SHOW NOT TELL" writing! Okay...Try it again. USE FULL EFFORT! Write about 10 seconds in time. This time, it could be about you, someone you know, or a fictional character! Here is a pro tip: Write about the senses. What did it feel like? Smell like? Taste like? Sound like? Look like? Remember to include at least one simile and try to use "show not tell" writing!  SAME AS LAST TIME! BUT...this should be about the most exciting thing that happened to you over vacation.
